COVID-19 COMPANY STATEMENT

As we continue to monitor the latest updates and information about the global COVID-19 outbreak, we are taking additional measures to ensure we safeguard the health of our employees and preserve our ability to operate. Over the past several weeks, we have been taking actions to help prevent infections at our side. We have contingency plans that have now been actioned and we are being proactive in our approaches to ensure business continuity.

Our office staff are now working from home and we are restricted to only one member of staff manufacturing and picking/packing orders. If you have an order placed with us it is still being processed and as of now will be dispatched using our normal courier services. There may be delays once the items are shipped from us, DPD are currently estimating a 24hr delay to certain countries.

If you have a custom order placed with us then currently we are still working to our 10 working day manufacture and dispatch timescale, this is subject to change and customers will be notified if required.

The most important thing anyone can do at this time is to take care of themselves and their loved ones.
